We take pride in the development of our products and we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know, and we will work to solve it immediately.

Should you need to return your purchase, please get in touch via our Contact page or email customer@gatsbymen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once an item is returned, a refund will be issued (excluding the cost of the original postage and packaging). For purchases made via credit card, please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
